All jewelry repairs are done in house by Kosmima’s head jeweler – Pano Fytopoulos. Given our world class expertise, you can rest assured that for all jewelry services, we will never ship out your treasured keepsakes to third parties for any work done.  Please note, our pearl restringing services are an exception to this as they are not done on premise.

There are a lot of factors that can influence how long a piece of jewelry will take to be fixed. The scope of the work, our studio schedule, and materials (for example – precious stones) can all play a role in determining turn around time.

Most repair projects are typically done within 10 business days. If you’re in a rush or need something done quickly, contact us and we can see how we can best work around your schedule.

The cost for repairing a piece of jewelry varies widely and depends greatly on the scope of work and materials needed. To get an accurate idea of how much a repair job would cost, it’s best for you to contact us for a consultation. 

We do not service or repair any silver jewelry.
